This page sets out the legal agreements related to using the zawgy9 platform and the basic rules every player needs to know.

Section 1 — Introduction and Agreement

By registering an account, the player confirms they are aged 21 or over. zawgy9 reserves the right to request verifiable proof of age at any time. If the age information provided is found to be incorrect, the account may be suspended and any remaining balance forfeited.

Section 3 — Account Registration and Management

3.1  Personal Account

Each player may only open one account. zawgy9 reserves the right to suspend any account opened with someone else's personal information or any duplicate account.

3.2  Accuracy of Information

Players must provide accurate personal information at the time of registration. Any changes to that information must be updated immediately. zawgy9 is not responsible for any losses caused by incorrect information.

3.3  Password Protection

Players are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure. zawgy9 is not liable for any unauthorised access by a third party. Any unexpected access must be reported immediately.

3.4  Account Closure

If zawgy9 finds that these terms have been violated, it has the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close the account without prior notice. If there is a valid balance at the time of closure, a decision will be made after a proper review.

Section 4 — Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

All deposits and withdrawals on zawgy9 must strictly follow the terms below—

Anti-Money Laundering

zawgy9 fully enforces anti-money laundering measures. Every withdrawal request goes through a player account verification, and KYC (Know Your Customer) documents may be requested if needed. Please note that withdrawals are only allowed through the same method used for the deposit.

Section 5 — Bonus and Promotions

5.1  Welcome Bonus — First Deposit

New players making their first deposit on zawgy9 can receive a 200% bonus up to 200,000 Ks. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times.

Please note that the bonus amount does not exceed 200,000 Ks. Winnings from the bonus can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement is met.

Bonus amounts cannot be withdrawn as cash before wagering is complete — they can only be withdrawn once the wagering requirement is fully met.

zawgy9 reserves the right to change, cancel, or stop any bonus with prior notice.

If bonus abuse through collusive play is detected, zawgy9 reserves the right to void the bonus and any related winnings.

5.3  VIP Eligibility and Cashback

zawgy9 offers three VIP tiers with the following weekly cashback rates—

VIP tier advancement is determined by zawgy9 based on each player's consistency and continued play.

Section 6 — Prohibited Conduct

Players are strictly prohibited from the following conduct on the zawgy9 platform—

Opening more than one account — whether personally, jointly with family members, or through a third party — with the intent of obtaining additional bonuses.

Using computers, bots, software, or any form of automated gameplay in any way.

Attempting deposits or withdrawals with the intent of money laundering.

Intentionally exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities within the platform.

Deceiving, threatening, or preventing other players from using the platform in any way.

Engaging in abusive behaviour toward zawgy9 staff, including insults, harassment, or hate speech.

By using the platform, players agree that if any of these prohibited actions are violated, zawgy9 has the right to close that player's account and remove any winnings obtained during that time.

Section 7 — Protection and Liability Limitations

7.1  Service Availability Guarantee

zawgy9 strives to keep the platform running as smoothly as possible, but players should understand that access interruptions may occur due to server maintenance, network failures, or unforeseen events (force majeure).

7.2  Responsibility for Gaming Losses

zawgy9 operates random games, and players must understand before playing that losses can occur based on their own decisions. zawgy9 will not be responsible for any money lost through gameplay.

7.3  Third-Party Interactions

If issues arise with KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, banks, or mobile service providers, zawgy9 is not responsible for those matters, and players must deal directly with those companies.

7.4  Missing Funds

If a deposit or withdrawal is not reflected within 15 minutes to 2 hours, players must contact the support team immediately and provide solid proof of the payment.

By accessing the zawgy9 platform, players are considered to have agreed to this privacy policy, meaning they grant zawgy9 permission to collect and process their data in accordance with zawgy9's policies.

Section 9 — Legal and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute relating to these terms and conditions or zawgy9's services must first be resolved by negotiating with zawgy9's support team. If unresolved, both the player and zawgy9 will proceed through a mutually agreed resolution method.

Wagering refers to the total amount you must bet before any winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn. For example — if you receive a bonus of 40,000 Ks, you must wager 40,000 × 10 = 400,000 Ks before you can withdraw winnings generated from that bonus. Note that the bonus amount itself cannot be withdrawn — only the winnings arising from it can.
